Take part in our first HYROX Circuit Challenge held from Friday, 15th to Sunday, 17th November 2024 at the Peak Club Pop-Up, BIBD Mega Karnival, BRIDEX Hall 1, and show us what you’re truly made of!

What is the HYROX Circuit Challenge?

The HYROX Circuit Challenge is a team challenge made up of some simple movements that’s open to everyone! It’s a great test to determine your team’s level of fitness. Every team member will earn rewards once they complete the challenge, with the top scorers earning an exclusive gold Team Peak x HYROX badge and more!

Team of 4, AMRAP30
(As Many Reps As Possible in 30 mins)

1-The Circuit
200m Run
20 Alternating Front Lunges
20 Wall Balls (4KG/6KG)

Team members take turns (in order) to complete The Circuit as many times as possible in 30 minutes

2-The Erg
Max Distance on SkiErg

While one team member completes The Circuit, the remaining team members take turns working to get maximum distance on the SkiErg in 30 minutes

Scoring
Final Score = Total circuit reps* + Total cumulative distance on SkiErg

*One completed circuit = 200 + 20 + 20 = 240 reps

    6th to 10th Places: Badges + 1-week Peak Club Passes
    Other Finishers: Badges + Peak Club Day Passes

    $5.00 per person (Non-Members)

    • Free for members with currently active memberships only.

    • 1 team can consist of members and non-members.

    • Participants can participate in as many teams as they want. However, only the first registration is free for members.

  • The HYROX Circuit Challenge will be held at the Peak Club Pop-Up area at the BIBD Mega Karnival, BRIDEX Hall 1, Jerudong.

    As this challenge will be held at a family-oriented event, please dress appropriately.

1. Book a wave slot

  • Kindly ensure that you choose the correct date and time for your preferred booking.

  • Only 1 person per team is required to book a slot.

  • 4 slots are available per wave, on a first come, first served basis.

  • If you’re a Peak Club member, log in to your account when prompted when you click to book a slot.

  • If you’re not a Peak Club member, create a profile when prompted when you click to book a slot.

  • After booking your slot, you will be contacted by a Peak Club representative (via WhatsApp) to confirm your team details (team name, participant names, contact details, ages).

2. Make your payment & compete

Make your payment at the Peak Club Pop-Up booth at the BIBD Mega Carnival at least 15 minutes before your slot.

*ID verification will be required to confirm your team’s age category.
