What is the HYROX Physical Fitness Test?

The HYROX P’F“T is a globally uniform fitness test for everyone. It’s the perfect test to determine the level of fitness of all participants. Every participant will earn a reward once they complete the test and additionally, all results will go into a global online ranking, divided by gender and age group.

For Time:
1000m Run / 1000m SkiERG
50 Burpee Broad Jumps*
100 Stationary Lunges**
1000m Row
30 Hand Release Push Ups
100 Wallballs (4KG/6KG)

*Jump over 2 lines, 90cm apart
**Alternating/ start with 2 feet behind the line

Gold Patch
< 45yrs of age: Sub 22 mins
> 45yrs of age: Sub 24 mins

Silver Patch
< 45yrs of age: Sub 26 mins
> 45yrs of age: Sub 28 mins

Bronze Patch
< 45yrs of age: Over 26 mins
> 45yrs of age: Over 28 mins

  • Kindly ensure that you choose the correct date and time for your preferred booking.

  • 3 slots are available per wave, on a first come, first served basis.

  • If you’re a Peak Club member, log in to your account when prompted when you click to book a slot.

  • If you’re not a Peak Club member, create a profile when prompted when you click to book a slot.

  • After booking your slot, please ensure that you return to this page to complete your registration and make your payment (Step 2).
