To view the slots that you’ve booked, click on ‘Member Login’ and choose ‘Schedule’.

Late Cancellation / No-Show Penalty
In the event that you can't make it to your booked slot, please make sure that you cancel early. If you cancel with less than 2 hours before your scheduled slot, or do not show up at all, you will be charged a late cancellation / no-show penalty of $5 per slot booked*.
